The <br />asbestos proj ect involved the abatement of 22,450 square feet of <br />ceiling texture and floor tile from the building. <br /> <br />The purpose of the inspection was to determine the project's <br />compliance with the Texas Asbestos Health Protection Act (TAHPA) and <br />Rules TAC 25 Chapter 295 and the National Emission Standards for <br />Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) EPA rules 40 CFR, Part 61, Subpart <br />M. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of our inspection checklist on <br />the project. The inspection revealed that the abatement project was <br />in general compliance with the TAHPA!NESHAP rules and regulations. <br /> <br />We would like to thank you for your time and cooperation during the <br />inspection.
