Inc. <br />Attn: Mr. Steve Traina, Asbestos Manager <br />10500 Telephone Road <br />Houston, Texas 77075 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Traina: <br /> <br />'-/ <br /> <br />On April 8, 1999, our Regional representative, Mark Ellis, contacted <br />Jerrel Grant to conduct an asbestos inspection at the former Gibralter <br />Hotel and Annex located at 265 South Main in Paris, Texas. The <br />asbestos proj ect involved the abatement of 22,450 square feet of <br />ceiling texture and floor tile from the building. <br /> <br />The purpose of the inspection was to determine the project's <br />compliance with the Texas Asbestos Health Protection Act (TAHPA) and <br />Rules TAC 25 Chapter 295 and the National Emission Standards for <br />Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) EPA rules 40 CFR, Part 61, Subpart <br />M. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of our inspection checklist on <br />the project. The inspection revealed that the abatement project was <br />in general compliance with the TAHPA!NESHAP rules and regulations. <br /> <br />We would like to thank you for your time and cooperation during the <br />inspection.
