Faber stated that approving Automobile Detailing Shop in the Central Area (CA) <br />would add diversity to the area and would be good for downtown. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by John Lee, seconded by Mike Folmar to approve the petition to allow <br />automobile detailing shop in Central Area (CA). Motion carried 6 -0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Prelimina7 Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Giberson Family <br />Farms Addition CB 86, located at 741 N. W. V Street. <br />Carla Easton reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Holland Harper, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the preliminary plat with <br />recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat Lot 1, Block A, Giberson Family Farms <br />Addition CB 86, located at 741 N. W. 9`h Street. <br />Carla Easton reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Holland <br />Harper, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the final plat with recommendations. Motion <br />carried 6 -0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Pine Creek, located <br />on 9.714 Acres at the end of Ruby Way. <br />Carla Easton reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Mike Folmar, seconded by Holland Harper to approve the preliminary plat with <br />recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Robert Spain advised the commission this would be his last meeting. <br />10.
