<br />MATCH <br /> <br />No match funds. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />Department will grant Administrator an amount equal to four percent (4%) or FIVE THOUSAND and NollOO <br />Dollars ($5,000.00), in addition to the ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND and NollOO Dollars <br />($125,000.00) Project Award, to cover administrative expenses incurred directly related to this Contract. <br />Administrative fees shall be funded by the Department to Administrator based on a percentage of completion <br />of the project. <br /> <br />Administrator shall be allowed to draw twenty percent (20%) of the administrative fees at the initial stage of the <br />project, with the remaining eighty percent (80%) funded on a percentage of completion basis. At any given time, <br />the allowable administrative fees would be equal to the initial twenty percent (20%) set-up draw, n!.J!.Lthe <br />percentage of completion draw. <br /> <br />HOMEBUYER TRAINING PROGRAM <br /> <br />Administrator shall submit, to the Department, Program Policies and Procedures for Departmental approval. The <br />local Homebuyer Training Program may include, but is not limited to, Financial Management, Homebuyer <br />Training, Education, Job Training (Placement), Health Care, and Counseling Services.
