LEGAL NOTICE <br />PUBLISH ONCE: <br />JUNE 23, 2017 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />ON PROPOSED DISANNEXATION <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS THAT: <br />The City of Paris, Texas, proposes to institute disannexation proceedings pursuant to Chapter 7 of the <br />City Charter and Sect. 43.142 of the Local Government Code to disannex approximately 6.941 acres located <br />at 6055 Clarksville Street, in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, more particularly described by metes and <br />bounds in Exhibit "A" attached hereto by reference, forming a portion of the current boundaries of the City of <br />Paris, Texas; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, as required by law, notice is hereby given that two public hearings will be held <br />by and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, during the course of a regular City Council meeting <br />on July 10, 2017 beginning at 5:30 p.m. o'clock and a regular City Council meeting on July 24, 2017, <br />beginning at 5:30 o'clock p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas, for all <br />persons interested in the above proposed disannexation.
