<br />4. V AN NOORD will not employ persons who have convictions for a theft or felony <br /> <br />for the work performed under any part of this contract. <br /> <br /> <br />5. V AN NOORD will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for <br /> <br /> <br />employment because of race, religion, color, sex or national origin. V AN NOORD will take <br /> <br /> <br />affirmative action to insure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during <br /> <br /> <br />employment without regard to their race, religion, color, sex or national origin. Such action shall <br /> <br /> <br />include, but is not limited to the following: employment; upgrading; demotion or transfer; <br /> <br /> <br />recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff; termination; rates of payor other forms of <br /> <br /> <br />compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship. V AN NOORD agrees to post, <br /> <br /> <br />in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth <br /> <br /> <br />the requirements of these non-discrimination provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />6. V AN NOORD must provide insurance as required in the bid documents, certificates <br /> <br /> <br />of which shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris. <br /> <br /> <br />7.
