<br />from Harlow S. Redding and wife, Daisey E. Redding to the City of Paris, dated
<br />August 25,1986, recorded March 23,1994, in Volume 429, Page 215, Real Property
<br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron rod (s) in the West right-of-way line of Collegiate
<br />Street, said iron rod also being the southeast corner of said Lot 5;
