Neeley, duly authorized by Resolution No. 99-_, of the County of Lamar, <br /> <br />State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/l00 Dollars ($10.00) cash and <br /> <br />other good and valuable consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by Philip M. Nathan, Jr., dated <br />July 6,1977, recorded in Volume 594, Page 925, Deed Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas, also being the same property described in Deed to the City of Paris from <br />Claude C. Nathan, Jr., dated May 20, 1997, recorded in Volume 708, Page 162, <br />Real Property Records of said county and state, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron stake a distance of 120 feet South of the Southwest <br />intersection of Lamar Avenue and 16th Street S.E.; <br />THENCE West a distance of 104 feet 6 inches an iron stake; <br />THENCE South a distance of 80 feet an iron stake; <br />THENCE East a distance of 104 feet 6 inches an iron stake in the West <br />Boundary Line of 16th Street S.E.; <br />THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of 16th Street S.E. a <br />distance of 80 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular, <br /> <br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said Philip M.
