10. Discuss and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas; Amending Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris; Amending Article III, "Fire Code," to Repeal the 2006 Edition of the International Fire Code and to Adopt the 2015 Edition of the International Fire Code; Establishing Local Amendments to the 2015 Edition of the International Fire Code; Providing for Enforcement; Making Other Findings and Provisions Related to the Subject; Providing a Repealer Clause, a Severability Clause, a Savings Clause, a Penalty Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date. 11. Discuss and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas; Amending Sections 7 -16 and 7 -18 of Article II Building Code, Chapter 7, Buildings and Building Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas to adopt the 2015 International Building Code, the 2015 International Existing Building Code, 2015 International Residential Code, and the 2014 National Electrical Code, as Amended herein as the Official Building, Residential, Existing Building and Electrical Codes for all Construction within the City of Paris, Texas as Required by State Law; Making Other Findings and Provisions Related to the Subject; Providing a Repealer Clause, a Severability Clause, a Savings Clause, a Penalty Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date. 12. Discuss and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas; Amending Chapter 25, "Plumbing and Gas," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas to adopt the 2015 International Plumbing Code and the 2015 International Fuel Gas Code, as Amended herein, as the Official Plumbing and Gas Codes for all Construction within in the City of Paris, Texas as Required by State Law; Making Other Findings and Provisions Related to the Subject; Providing a Repealer Clause, a Severability Clause, a Savings Clause, a Penalty Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date. 13. Discuss and act on a Resolution of the City of Paris, Texas; Finding that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's ( "ONCOR" or "COMPANY ") Application to Change Rates Within the City Should be Denied; Finding that the City's Reasonable Rate Case Expenses Shall be Reimbursed by the Company; Finding that the Meeting at which this Resolution is Passed is Open to the Public as Required by Law; Requiring Notice of this Resolution to the Company and Legal Counsel. 14. Discuss and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with RBIS Construction Company, for construction of the Southeast Lift Station and Force Main Replacement Project and related change orders for an amount not to exceed $2,500,000. 15. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004 -081. 16. Adjournment.
