<br />RESOLUTION NO. qq-n~n <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Paris Public Library Advisory Board is desirous of amending its Bylaws <br />by adding a sentence to paragraph one, under Officers and Members, to provide that no member <br />shall serve more than two (2) consecutive full terms; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board has requested the City Council of the City of Paris to approve said <br />amendment, and it is deemed appropriate that the same be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the <br />amendment of paragraph one, under Officers and Members, of the Bylaws of the Paris Public <br />Library Advisory Board be, and the same is hereby, approved so that the such shall read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"OFFICERS AND MEMBERS <br /> <br />"1. The Advisory Board shall have nine members, serving three-year terms. <br />Three members shall complete their full terms of office each year. No <br />member shall serve more than two consecutive full terms.
