<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />} <br />} <br />} <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />That, whereas, the City of Paris, as grantor did, on or about the 10th day of July, 1989, <br /> <br />execute a Quit Claim Deed to Estella Veach, as grantee, for the consideration therein mentioned, <br /> <br />a conveyance of the certain land situated in Lamar County, Texas, which was a part of a street <br /> <br />closed by ordinance No. 89-029, and hereinafter more particularly described, which said <br /> <br />conveyance is recorded in Volume 876, Page 8, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas; <br /> <br />and whereas, said deed should have conveyed said property to Harlow S. Redding and wife, Daisy <br /> <br />E. Redding; and, whereas, this deed replaces and supersedes said quit claim deed; <br /> <br />Now, therefore, the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, Charles H. Neeley, duly <br /> <br />authorized by Resolution No. 99- <br /> <br />, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/l 00 <br /> <br />Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Harlow S. <br /> <br />Redding individually and as heir at law of Estella Veach, deceased, and wife, Daisy E. Redding, <br /> <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, . <br /> <br />and by these presents does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said Harlow S. Redding and wife, <br /> <br />Daisy E. Redding, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is 5133 <br /> <br />Highway 8 West, Mena, Arkansas 71953, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar <br /> <br />County, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and <br />State of Texas, a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, and being a part of a street <br />closed by Ordinance No. 89-029 adjacent to Lot I, City Block 257D, and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
