<br />GENERAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS ~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR ~ <br /> <br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the County of <br /> <br />Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor Pro Tem, Mary Ann Fisher, duly <br /> <br />authorized by Resolution No. 99-062, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/lOO <br /> <br />Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the Housing <br /> <br />Authority of the City of Paris, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; have <br /> <br />Granted, Sold, and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell, and Convey unto the said <br /> <br />Housing Authority of the City of Paris, located in the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose <br /> <br />mailing address is 100 George W. Wright Homes, Paris, TX 75460, all that certain tract or parcel <br /> <br />of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and being Lot 1, <br />City Block 152, being the same property described in deed from Isabel Raissez and <br />wife, Mary Ann Raissez, to the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, dated August 31, <br />1998, recorded in Volume 807, Page 110, Real Property Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake on the corner of 9th Street S.W. (formerly Wright <br />Street) and W. Brame Street, being the intersection of the East Boundary Line of <br />9th Street S.W. and South Boundary Line ofW. Brame Street; <br />THENCE SOUTH with the East Boundary Line of 9th Street S.W. <br />(formerly Wright Street) a distance of 186 feet to the North Boundary Line of an <br />alley 15 feet wide; <br />THENCE EAST with the north boundary line of said alley a distance of 77 <br />feet to the southwest corner of a tract of land deeded by Lucy Whitten et al to W. <br />W. Wright, recorded in Volume 290, Page 142, Deed Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas; <br />THENCE NORTH with said Wright's West Boundary Line a distance of <br />186 feet to a stake in the South Boundary Line of W. Brame Street; <br />THENCE WEST with said South Boundary line of W. Brame Street a <br />distance of 77 feet to the place of beginning. Being the same lot conveyed to Roy <br />A.
