<br />State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey No. A-479, being the same
<br />property described in deed from Union Pacific Railroad Company to William deG.
<br />Hayden, M.D. recorded Volume 768, Page 294 of the Lamar County Real Property
<br />Records, as Parcel One; all that property as described in deed dated June 8, 1896,
<br />from E. W. Rush et ux, to Texas Midland Railroad, recorded July 1, 1896 in Volume
<br />82, Page 122, Official Records, EXCEPTING therefrom that portion as conveyed by
<br />deed dated May 21, 1980 from Southern Pacific Transportation Company, to Fred M.
<br />Willoughby, recorded July 21, 1980 in Volume 626, Page 671, Official Records.
<br />Parcel Two' all that property described as the "First Tract" as conveyed by deed dated
<br />July 2, 1896, from D. F. Latimer to Texas Midland Railroad, recorded August 1, 1896
<br />in Volume 82, Page 164 Official Records, Parcel Three' all that property described
<br />as "Second Tract" as conveyed by deed dated July 2, 1896, from D. F. Latimer to
<br />Texas Midland Railroad Recorded August I, 1896 in Volume 82, Page 164 Official
<br />Records, EXCEPTING therefrom that portion as conveyed by deed dated November
<br />19, 1984, from Southern Pacific Transportation Company to Joe Mercer, recorded
<br />November 19, 1984, in Volume 678, Page 559, Official Records, and being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point for corner being in the south boundary line of Kaufman
<br />Street, being the northwest corner of Lot 6. City Block 129-A;
<br />THENCE south along the west boundary line of said Lot 6 a distance of 284 feet,
<br />to a point for corner;
<br />THENCE easterly, a distance of approximately 130 feet to the southeasl corner
<br />of said Lot 6, a point for corner;
<br />THENCE south passing the southeast corner of Parcel One, also being the
<br />northeast corner of Parcel Three at 110 feet, continuing along the east boundary line
<br />of said Parcel 3 for a total distance of 466 feet to a point for corner;
