This grant is subject to and conditioned upon <br />acceptance of the ATPA Grant Application and Administration Guidelines (Guide) promulgated for this specific program fund <br />(referenced above) through the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority. Applicable special conditions are contained in the Guide or <br />cited below. Total project costs must be accounted for in accordance with the Uniform Grant and Contract Management <br />Standards and the Guide. <br /> <br />GRANTEE REQUEST FOR FUNDS <br />All grantee requests for funds shall be submitted to ATPA in accordance with the instructions provided by ATPA and shall be in the <br />form required by A TP A.
