Love Civic Center <br />Governing Board Minutes <br />Love Civic Center <br />May 18, 2017 <br />4:00 pm <br />Present: Curtis Fendley, Linda Kapp, Chip McEwin, Troy Scholl, Robert High, Jimmie Hopson, Casey <br />Ressler, Helen Ressler, Josh Bray, Bobby Walters and Kenneth Webb. <br />Staff: Ken Higdon, Gina Crawford, Becky Semple, Randy Nation and Kern Wright <br />Curtis Fendley called meeting to order at 4:00 pm. <br />A motion to approve the March minutes was made by Bobby Walters, seconded by Casey Ressler, all <br />approved. <br />Ken Higdon presented a rack card for the Civic Center, the board liked it and it will go to print after <br />information is submitted. <br />Ken Higdon handed out the assessment of the Civic Center. Curtis Fendley suggested that it go to the <br />Executive Committee and then the CC board will meet again on June 15. <br />Linda Kapp gave an overview of the April financials, they were accepted into the minutes. <br />Randy Nation gave a report of the repairs happening at the civic center. The AC drains were repaired <br />and ceiling tiles replaced. It was also decided to do a deep clean on the kitchen. <br />Ken Higdon stated that he and Jon McFadden have been working on updated the rental contract. He <br />will have it for the June meeting. <br />Randy Nation stated that we need to install four more security cameras to view the bike kiosk. We will <br />get bids. <br />Ken Higdon stated that the Eiffel Tower needs to be repainted. We will get bids. <br />The bylaws were tabled until June meeting. <br />The next meeting will be on June 15, 2017, 4:00 pm. <br />With nothing further, meeting was adjourned at 4:32 pm. <br />
