agricultural— oriented uses, as well as other uses that may be permitted in the Agricultural <br />District on this subject property, since this property is currently all zoned Agricultural. <br />The Agricultural zoning is currently legal, and again although unlikely, it is still legally <br />possible for the developer to create agricultural uses upon the remainder of this property, <br />which would arguably undermine the design and integrity of the existing single — family <br />structures that exist within this subdivision. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the rezoning of the Hills Subdivision, Phases I through IV, <br />from the Agricultural (A) to the Single — Family District (SF -2) Zoning District, located within <br />the city limits to the northwest side of FM 195. <br />
