<br />• Decreased O &M costs passed on by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ($83,000) last year. 
<br />• Capital maintenance improvements at the water treatment plant: wells and pumps 
<br />($162,000), filters and valves ($11,000), water treatment storage tanks ($117,000), and 
<br />buildings ($50,000). 
<br />• Capital maintenance improvements at lift stations ($59,000). 
<br />• Another year of partial funding for mechanical bar screen/headworks improvements 
<br />($320,000) at the wastewater treatment plant.
