<br />Section 4. That all water conservation plans heretofore adopted by the City of Paris shall <br />be, and are hereby, in all things repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5. Should any paragraph, sentence, subdivision, clause, phrase, or section of this <br />resolution or the plan adopted herein be adjudged or held to be unconstitutional, illegal, or in any <br />way otherwise invalid, by a court or administrative body of appropriate jurisdiction regarding <br />same, such findings shall not affect the validity of this resolution or the plan adopted herein, as <br />a whole or any part or provision thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid, illegal, or <br />unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 6.
