e. Mold report from 413 GWH - the lady was moved due to a positive mold report. The <br />PHA had another mold report done after the unit was gutted and repaired. This report was <br />negative for mold spores. (Mr. Dangerfield came in to the meeting.) Mold report for 406 <br />GWH (which was brought to our attention by Ms. Cherry and Ms. Reynerson) came back <br />negative for mold before repairs were made but after the elderly man was moved to <br />Jackson Court at the PHA's expense. <br />f. Flat rent waiver request to HUD - multiple email requests but no response from Ft. <br />Worth HUD. Mr. Savage suggested Mrs. Ruthart mail a letter to HUD - Washington, DC <br />and Reginia Hawkins, Director of Ft. Worth HUD. <br />g. Employee Health Insurance Premiums - Starting October I", the PHA employees will <br />have to pay $65 per pay period for their portion of the premiums. TML raised PHA rates <br />$127%. The PHA will be going out for bid for health insurance for 2018. <br />7. RESOLUTIONS: <br />2016-016. Audit Contract (Gaudette, CPA)for FYE 6/30/2017 & 6/30/2018 Motion <br />to approve made by Ms. Hearne and seconded by Mr. Dangerfield, passed 3-0. <br />2016-018. Write Offs Motion to approve made by Mr. Haynes and seconded by <br />Mr. Dangerfield, passed 3-0. <br />2016-019. TML Rerate Motion to approve made by Mr. Haynes and seconded by <br />Mr. Savage, passed 3-0. <br />8. Board Questions or comments: Mr. Savage asked if the PHA has a problem with <br />raccoons. Mrs. Ruthart explained that she had not had a report of a problem, but would <br />check into it. <br />9. No further business or questions, a motion for adjournment was made by Mr. Haynes <br />and seconded by Mr. Dangerfield. Motion passed 3-0.
