<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-188 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER <br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Reeves Hayter, Curtis Fendley. Bill Coleman, and Bobby <br />1. Myers, as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on <br />December 31,2000; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment of <br />Reeves Hayter, Curtis Fendley, Bill Coleman, and Bobby 1. Myers for terms of three (3) years, <br />beginning January I, 2001, and ending December 31,2003; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Reeves Hayter, Curtis Fendley, Bill Coleman, and Bobby 1. Myers be, and <br />they are hereby, reappointed, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br />City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 2001, and ending December 31, 2003. <br /> <br />Section 3.
