Budget. Year 1: 1. 6 MS Surface Pro Laptops $5519.50 TOTAL REQUEST $5,519.50 Narrative: The proposed expenditure will allow the City of Paris Police Department to acquire six Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop computers to be used by Detectives and Administration when in the field. These computers will be able to access the department records management system and provide a link with police files. LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS, SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUDGET NARRATIVE Amount Requested. NCS -C151 Two Radio Interop Switch with Audio & PTT Delay Module, (2) NCS- 250- KAA -XX Radio Cables, palm microphone, (2) Speakers, Speaker adapter, Kenwood TK- 7360HVK VHF Mobile Radio, Kenwood TK- 8360HUK UHF mobile radio, Jotto Desk 425 -6010 Console and installation $ 3262.00 2. (5) five Kenwood TK- 2312HVK VHF 5 watt 128 Ch. Portable Radio with microphone $ 1850.00 3. (1) one Kenwood TK- 3313HUK UHF 5 watt 128 Ch. Portable Radio with Microphone $370.00 TOTAL REQUEST $5,519.50 Narrative: Item #1 will be used on patrol and in a patrol method. The Interop switch will provide for interoperability on crime scenes and major events where two different frequencies can be tied to together for greater Officer Safety and timeliness for information sharing.
