(1) A Network Provider must provide the City with 30 days' advanced <br />notice of any maintenance work conducted within the right -of -way <br />and of any work to replace or upgrade a network node or pole, to <br />install, place, maintain, operate, or replace micro network nodes <br />that are strung on cables between existing poles or node support <br />op les. <br />(2) A Network Provider must comply strictly with the requirements of <br />the right -of -way management ordinance and other applicable <br />ordinances, when installing. replacing, maintaining, repairing, <br />upgrading, removing, relocating or operating Micro Network <br />Nodes, Network Node facilities. Node Support Poles and related <br />ground equipment. except to the extent not consistent with <br />Chapter 284, Sec. 284.107, and except as provided in existing state <br />and federal law. <br />Sec. 29 -154. Abandonment <br />Abandoned or obsolete Micro Network Nodes Network Nodes Node Support Poles <br />and related ground equipment shall be removed in strict accordance with the City's <br />rights -of -way management ordinance and other applicable ordinances except to <br />the extent not consistent with Chapter 284. <br />Sec. 29 -155. General Provisions <br />(1) A Network Provider's as built maps and records shall be in strict <br />accordance with the City's rights -of -way management ordinance, <br />and other applicable ordinances, except to the extent not <br />consistent with Chapter 284. <br />(2) Ownership of Network Node and related equipment shall be in <br />strict accordance with Chapter 284. the City's rights -of -way <br />management ordinance and other applicable ordinances except <br />to the extent not consistent with Chapter 284. <br />(3) Tree maintenance shall be in strict accordance with the City's <br />rights -of -way management ordinance. Chapter 32, and other <br />applicable ordinances, except to the extent not consistent with <br />Chapter 284. <br />(4) Signage shall be in strict accordance with the City's rights -of -way <br />management ordinance. Chapter 28. "Signs and Billboards." the <br />Code of Ordinances and other applicable ordinances, except to the <br />extent not consistent with Chapter 284. <br />Page 23 of 25 <br />
