EMPLOYEE UNIFORMS CONTRACT STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF LAMAR } } KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, Michael J. Pfiester, duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY, and ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES, by and through its District Manager, Jim Bowman, Hwy 271 North, Route 1, Box 645, Paris, Texas 75460, hereinafter called ARAMARK, do hereby contract and agree as follows: 1. ARAMARK will furnish and service used uniforms on a weekly basis, replace lost or damaged garments, including name plate and City emblem and preparation for new employees. 2. ARAMARK will pick up and deliver at the following locations in the City of Paris: I) Water Treatment Plant, 2) Wastewater Plant, 3) Wise Field, 4) City Hall Annex, 5) Water Billing Office, and 6) Department of Public Works, said locations subject to change to best serve the employees of CITY. 3. The term of this contract is for a period of two (2) years beginning November 1, 2000, and ending October 31, 2002. CITY shall reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time due to non-performance or poor service by ARAMARK. However, CITY has the right to exercise an option for an additional one (1) year upon the same terms and conditions, which year would begin November 1, 2002, and end on October 31,2003. 4. ARAMARK will furnish monthly invoices for services rendered in accordance with the "Invitation to Bid for Furnishing and Servicing Employee Uniforms for Various City Departments, The City of Paris, Paris, Texas 75460, October, 2000," attached hereto as Exhibit A, EMPLOYEE UNIFORMS CONTRACT.
