<br />C, Assist with all phases of protective orders and other legal matters relating to Family <br />Haven clients within the city of Paris. <br /> <br />D. Coordinate with the Paris Police Department on needs assessment and cross training <br />for law enforcement and Family Haven staff and volunteers. <br /> <br />E. Act as primary liaison with all criminal justice offices concerning victims of violent <br />crime within the city of Paris. <br /> <br />F. Be on-call as needed; conduct individual counseling with victims, including crisis <br />intervention, goal setting, and referral to other social service agencies and the <br />criminal justice system, as needed. These services include individual, group, and <br />telephone counseling sessions, as well as providing assistance in obtaining Victims <br />Compensation; conducting or arranging for counseling of other family members as <br />requested; completing and maintaining all required forms and case notes relating to <br />Family Haven clients. <br /> <br />G. Assist with public education and public relation efforts of Family Haven within the <br />city of Paris, <br /> <br />H. The goal of the Crimes Against Women Unit is to reduce total crimes against <br />women/domestic violence by ten percent (10%) during the grant period. A quarterly <br />review of the status of the goals will be held by Family Haven and the Paris Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />5, Payment for the above to Family Haven will not exceed $32,676.00 annually and will be on <br />a reimbursement basis payable in a quarterly amount as show below: <br /> <br />A. December 2000, January 2001, and February 2001 to be paid on March 1, 2001 <br />($8,169.00) <br /> <br />B. March 2001, April 2001, and May 2001 to be paid on June 1,2001 ($8,169.00) <br /> <br />C. June 2001, July 2001, and August 2001 to be paid on September I, 2001 ($8,169.00) <br /> <br />D. September 2001, October 200 1, and November 200 1 to be paid on December 1, 2001 <br />($8,169.00) <br /> <br />6. Billing for the above will be provided in the same manner as it would be provided for <br />customary purchases in the absence of a grant and shall consist of a statement of the service <br />or other items provided and the basis for the billing rate. Family Haven will submit to the <br />City of Paris an itemized bill for services rendered, travel expenses, and supply costs under <br />the grant agreement. <br />
