<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-088 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER <br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Cesar Horta, Joe McCarthy, and Michael Dangerfield, <br />as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, <br />2000; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael J. Pfiester, does hereby recommend <br />the appointment of Barbara Forrest, Vincent Battle, and Eddie Vincent for terms of three (3) <br />years, beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30,2003; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the fmdings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved, <br /> <br />Section 2. That Barbara Forrest, Vincent Battle, and Eddie Vincent be, and they are <br />hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 1,2000, and ending June 30,2003. <br /> <br />Section 3.
