Robert Talley stated no contact with owners, but believe they will be in touch. <br />Have dealt with them in the past on other properties. Order sent to secure, and <br />some work has been done. Call from neighbors regarding odor; appears animal <br />crawled under house and died. Limbs on roof. Chimney appears to have <br />collapsed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair orders, not demo. Repair <br />within 60 days; if not, will come back to BSC. <br />Motion made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert's <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />G. 2207 W Austin; City Block 211, Lot 5 <br />Owner: Rocio Araceli Silva & Ernesto Hotra, 2207 W Austin, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated collapsed shed. Owner came in at beginning of meeting <br />and stated has been torn down. Have removed about 50%. Said 30 days would <br />be enough time to complete removal. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare nuisance, demo within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />H. 1445 W Sherman; City Block 229, Lot 13 <br />Owner: Ardis Head, c/o Jeannette Castillo, 549 1St NW, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with owner. Believe someone lived in the <br />property up until about 6 months ago. Turned in by Code Enforcement officer. <br />Front porch has been removed. Unsecure. Evidence of roof leaking. Hole in <br />floor from leak in roof. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare nuisance, demo within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Mike Folmar to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Door was open. <br />Porch collapsing. Evidence of hole in roof/leaking. House is abandoned. <br />Floor rotted out from leaking roof. Siding beginning to buckle due to house <br />sinking. <br />
