6. Committee Liaison Reports - <br />a. HPC -Design Glee reported HPC is looking at residences and commercial building in the Historic District that are <br />behind on taxes, or in need of demolition. <br />b. PDA — Glee reported PDA meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8:15 am. The Board discussed ideas to <br />assist PDA with events, such as an after -Christmas salelbring your returns and shop with us style event, also the need for <br />events in the first quarter of each year to help bring shoppers downtown. <br />b. Chamber & VCC -Becky Semple wasn't present. <br />7. Future Agenda Items- work plan and assignments will be on the next agenda <br />8. Motion to adjourn — Cody moved to adjourn, Laurie seconded.
