Texas 75461 (903) 925-2485 Change Order: SKINNER # 1 Dated: August 7, 2000 CHANGE ORDER Skinner # , PROJECT NAME: Fire Stations #2 & #4 City of Paris Paris, Texas To Contractor: Skinner Concrete Construction THE CONTRACT IS CHANGED AS FOLLOWS: In order to conform to the anchor bolt setting plan submitted by Hanison, Walker & Harper for the metal structure, the following changes are required. For Fire Station #2 1. Move Footing at Grids D-3 to Grids D-2. Add cross beams C-2 to D-2 and C-6 to D-6. 2. Ail steel columns shall have a base bearing Elevation at Finish Floor Line 100'- 0". 3. Change Footings at Grids B-6 and C-6 to be same as at Grids B:2 and C-2. 4. Cast column Pedestals integral with the floor slab. Assure anchor bolts have a minimum 12" embedment. For Fire Station #4 1. Reduce size of Drilled Piers at Grids D-3 and D-5 to 18"/36". 2. Add new Drilled Pier at Grids D-2. Size shall be 24"/48". 3. All steel columns shall have a base bearing Elevation at Finish Floor Line 100'- 0". 4. At your option column Pedestals may be cast integral with the floor slab. Assure anchor bolts have a minimum 12 embedment. The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order in the amount .................. $ 290.00 The Contract time will not be increased by this Change Order................................
