Eliminate column at Grids 0-5. <br />2. Move column location from Grids 0-3 to Grids 0-2. <br />3. Eliminate steel tube columns along Grid Line 1. Cantilever roof framing from Grid Line 2 to cover the Front <br />Porch. <br /> <br />4. All steel columns shall have a base bearing Elevation at Finish Floor Line 100'- 0". <br /> <br />5. Eliminate Portal Frame and "X" bracing at Grids C-4 to 0-4 and at Grids C-6 to 0-6. <br />Add Portal Frame at Grids B-6 to C-6. <br /> <br />6. 24" wide "Ceram-A-Star 950" roofing panels may be used in lieu of 18" wide panels. <br /> <br />7. All steel columns shall have a base bearing Elevation at Finish Floor Line 100'- 0". <br /> <br />8. Assure anchor bolts have a minimum 12" embedment length. <br /> <br />The Contract Sum will be decreased by this Change Order in the amount .................. < $ 1,900.00 > <br />The Contract time will not be Increased by this Change Order..................................
