<br />ATTACHMENT B <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />SECTION 2.0 ATCOG PROVIDED PERFORMANCE AND SERVICES <br /> <br />2.1 The A TCOG Staff shall monitor Contractor for program compliance. <br /> <br />2.2. The A TCOG staff shall monitor Contractor to determine that performance has been <br />satisfactorily provided in accordance with the terms of this Contract, as identified in Attachment <br />C. Pavment and Fiscal Manaoement. <br /> <br />2.3. A TCOG shall promptly disburse each payment to Contractor as described in Attachment <br />C. Pavment and Fiscal Manaaement. <br /> <br />10 <br />
