Call meeting to order. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (September 7, 2017) <br />3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Bobby Smallwood for a <br />change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Light Industrial District (LI), on Part <br />of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, being located in the 3500 to 3600 Block of North Main <br />Street. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Lisa Walker on behalf <br />of HW Commercial Warehouse Inc. & Harper WW for a change in zoning from a <br />Commercial District (C) to a Light Industrial District (LI) with a Specific Use Permit for a <br />Flea Market, on Lots 1-7, City Block 274 and Lots 5-12, Block 10 of the Fairway Addition, <br />being located at 222, 232 and 254 E. Hickory Street. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Eddy Thomas for a <br />change in zoning from a Single Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Commercial <br />District (C), on Lots 7-A and part of 8, City Block 331, being located at 3787 N.W. Loop <br />286. <br />6. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Michael Rhodes for a <br />change in zoning from a Single Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Multi -Family <br />Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1), on Lots 7 and 8, City Block 255-A, being located at 2635 <br />and 2645 E.
