Robert Talley stated property owner is present. Property is in disrepair. Old <br />lumber in yard. Roof covering beginning to buckle. Needs to be <br />repaired/replaced. Shed in back, hole in back of roof from tree falling onto it. <br />Unsecure. Owner would like to repair main structure, agrees back structure <br />needs to be demoed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair main structure within 60 days or <br />back to BSC.
