Robert Talley's recommendation: Clean up within 30 days, or the city has a <br />right to do so. <br />Motion was made by Sally MeEwin, seconded by Ken Kobis to abate these 4 <br />properties. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />G. 625 W Washington; City Block 154, Lot I <br />Owner: Family Haven Crisis, c/o Jeffrey McIntosh Chicago IL, 830 6"' SW, <br />Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with anyone representing owner, Family Haven, <br />Large tree has fallen through roof and collapsed part of it, Unsecure. Trash <br />and rubbish inside. Mold on ceilings, <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare nuisance, demo within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Commission questions. <br />Q — Does this need to be moved up? How long has it been like this? <br />A — Not sure. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Mike Folmar to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />111. 646 Pine Bluff, City Block 35, Lot 3 <br />Owner: Nadine AUsbie, 646 .fine Bluff, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated spoken with owner, Does not want to denio, wants to <br />repair. 11' repairs don't start soon, it will need to be denioed due to condition. <br />Willing to give 9O days; if repairs not started, consider civil penalties. Siding is <br />busting off and cracking. Exterior wood beginning to deteriorate and rot. <br />Owner does not currently live there, but wants to repair and move back. <br />Covering over front porch beginning to buckle and fall. Signs foundation is <br />beginning to sink. Needs new roof. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair within 90 days, including roof, <br />foundation, missing and deteriorated wood, or back to BSC. <br />Commission: <br />Would like to reach out to groups/people in the community who help out people <br />like Ms. Ausbie to assist in repairing this house. <br />Motion was made by Ken Kohis, seconded by Matthew Allen to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />
