White Space 11 Single Serve Juice — Aiurniinum Can STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF LAMAR CITY OF PARIS The City of Paris, Texas, has executed and delivered a Tax Abatement Agreement (the "Agreement"} dated February 25, 2013, with CAMPBELL SOUP SUPPLY COMPANY LLC, a limited liability company (the "Company'), for certain improvements and other equipment (the "Improvements') to be installed at the Company's plant located in Paris, Lamar County, Texas, as described in the Agreement, which plant is located within an ENTERPRISE ZONE established by the United States Census in 2010. The Company has complied with all of the terms of the Agreement, and the City of Paris herein verifies that the Improvements agreed to be built, installed and used have in fact been completed as provided for in the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, the City of Paris authorizes that the Property of the Company, as described in the Agreement and in Exhibits A and B attached to the Agreement, shall receive a tax abatement of 100% of the taxes assessed upon the increased value of the Improvements so installed, over the value in which the property was last determined as of January 1, 2013, for a duration of seven () years, with the tax abatement for the improvements beginning January I, 2014.
