PEDC Board Meeting Minutes <br />September 22, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />• We received three RFPs from the state. Amazon was the biggest one we saw. At the <br />moment we are completing all three and will be sending the RFPs back in. <br />• The Spec Building property has been mowed and the Industrial Park has been baled. <br />Winfield is mowing more of their property, which makes the whole Industrial Park look <br />very good. <br />• The Industrial Park sites should be highlighted with our marketing efforts this coming <br />year. Also, we have private business owners that have sites for us to market. <br />Convene into Executive Session: <br />a) Section 551.087; Deliberation of Economic Development Negotiations to deliberate <br />Commercial and Financial Information and Economic Incentives relating to the following: <br />Commercial real-estate development. <br />1) Project - 3.141 <br />2) J. Skinner <br />Chairman Manning convened the Board into executive session at 9:50 a.m. <br />Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session. <br />Chair Manning reconvened the Board into open session at 10:45 a.m. He asked for comments or a <br />motion. Mr. Paris stated "a motion to vote to move forward with the current juice line with Campbell's <br />Soup making revisions to the agreement. And to start putting together what an incentive agreement <br />might look like for their new product line." Mr. Manning made the motion based on Mr. Paris' <br />comments. Mr. Hughes seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Discuss Future Agenda Items. <br />No future agenda items were discussed. <br />Adiourn <br />Mr. Banks made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Manning seconded the motion.
