(September 5, 2017) <br />3. Public hearing to consider of and take action on the petition of Dwain Howard on behalf of <br />Linda Rodgers on Lot 10, Block B, of the College Heights Addition, being located at 2340 <br />Jackson Street. <br />A. Section 9-501 of the Zoning Ordinance which provides that "A Single -Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) requires a minimum 25 foot front yard setback line." <br />The applicant is asking for a 9 foot setback from the property line in order to construct a 21' <br />x 12' carport. The carport would be approximately 19 foot from the back of the curb. <br />4. Public hearing to consider of and take action on the petition of Haresh Patel owner of Paris <br />Inn and Suites Motel on Lot 2, Block A, of the Oak Ridge 318 Addition, being located at <br />3075 NE Loop 286. <br />A. Section 28-3 (m) of the Sign Ordinance which provides that "No person shall place <br />or maintain any off -premise sign other than a billboard as regulated herein." <br />The applicant is requesting to install an off -premise sign. <br />5.
