Kari Daniel: <br />Ms. Kari Daniel stated that some windows on the second floor back of their properly <br />needed to be replaced because of their lack of energy efficiency, leaking and general <br />deterioration, My. Daniel stated that she wanted to use Vinyl Clad windrows just like she did <br />on the front of her building. <br />Commissioner, Dux printed several documents to present to Alls. Daniel, and he asked her <br />to bear with him as he went over the documents and would give her copies. He went on to <br />explain the Historic Preservation Commission objective is to try to maintain the historical <br />integrity of the buildings in the district. There were several reasons that they are interested in <br />doing this, to maintain the character oj'the structures in the district, and several economic <br />reasons too. He ,stated that the commission had design standards for the district, that are <br />
