The City Council of the City of Paris convened in a, REGULAR MEETING ON THE 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2017, at the regular designated meeting place, and the roll was called of the duly constituted officers and niernbers of the Council, to wit: Dr, Steven Clifford, Mayor & Councilm ember District 4 Aaron Jenkins, Councilineiriber District I (absent) Billie Sue Lancaster, Councilmember District 2 Bill Trenado, Councilmernber District 3 Linda SU Knox, Councilmernber District 5 Cleonne Holmes Drake, Mayor Pro -Tem & Councilmember District 6 Paula Portugal, Councilmernber District 7 Janice Ellis, City Clerk and six (6) of the seven (7) City Council members were present, constituting a quorum. Whereupon, among other business, the following was transacted at the Meeting: a written RESOLUTION CANVASSING A SPECIAL ELECTION was duly introduced for the consideration of the Council.
