MINUTES <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD MEETING <br />THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 1991 <br />COX FIELD <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />1. The regularly scheduled meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Eric Clifford at 6:00 P.M. The following members <br />were present: <br />Eric Clifford, Chairman Larry Greb <br />J.W. Ashmore, Recorder J.B. Richey <br />Victor Abeles <br />Tony Daigle <br />The following member was absent: J.W. Harrison <br />Also in attendance: Dick Boots and Jim Collier. <br />2. The minutes of the September 3, 1991, meeting were presented. <br />It was moved, seconded and passed that the minutes be approved <br />as presented. <br />3. The Aviation Permits to be renewed were presented and <br />discussed. It was moved by J.B. Richey seconded and passed <br />that the Advisory Board Recommend to the City Council that all <br />permits be renewed contingent upon required insurance <br />coverage. <br />PERMIT RENEWALS AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Jimmy Wrenn - Maintenance Airframe <br />Maintenance Power Plant <br />2. John Gann - Maintenance Airframe <br />Maintenance Power Plant <br />3. Lone Star Airline - Airline Service and Part 135 Carrier <br />4. Stevens Ag Air - Agricultural Operations <br />5. J.R. Aviation - Sale of Aviation Petroleum Products <br />Pilot Training <br />Aircraft Rental <br />In the case of Randall Stevens, the Airport Advisory Board <br />recommended that the insurance limits required for Agricultural <br />operations be amended to coincide with the State of Texas Dept. of <br />Agricultural requirements. These requirements are 100- 300 -100 <br />instead of the City of Paris requirements of 250 - 500 -100. Mr. <br />Stevens has no lease on airport property. <br />
