MINUTES <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 1980 <br />7:15 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />CITY HALL <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />The Airport Advisory Board met in regular session as City Hall Tuesday, <br />November 25, 1980 at 7:15 P.M. with the following board member present: <br />1. Rick Rex - Chairman <br />2. James Moseley <br />Others present were: <br />1. Jim Collier - Airport Manager <br />3. Dr. Joann Ondrovik - Sec. <br />4. Allie O'Brien <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rex and the minutes were approved <br />as mailed to members. <br />Old Business: <br />1. Discussion of disposal of three old T- Hangars: <br />PAAC members were not present to report status. Mr. Collier will request that <br />Mr. Wrenn give a progress report to the Board at the December meeting. <br />2. wort by Mr. Collier on jet fuel storage and fuel truck: <br />The 10,000 gallon tank is installed. A float system will be used to assure <br />fuel will be pumped from the top. <br />The 3000 gallon fuel truck was delivered Thursday, 11/13/80 for approval. If <br />satisfactory after one month, the truck will be purchased for $18,000.00. <br />New Business: <br />1. Annual Review of operating permits: <br />Two permits were requested. Mr. Howell requested a permit for agricultural <br />operations and Mr. Wrenn for airframe and power maintenance, pilot training, <br />and agricultural operations. <br />Insurance was checked by Mr. Collier and reported to be up to date for both <br />permittees. <br />A motion was made by Dr. Ondrovik and seconded by Mr. Moseley that both <br />permits be approved as requested. The motion carried unanimously. <br />The Flight Center permit will be terminated January 1, 1981. <br />
