Site Plan for new building: Roger Boxwell presented a plan to
the board for a hangar to be placed 105' N of the North boundary
of the present taxiway and approximately centered between a line
from the other two rows of hangars. The building is to be substan-
tially of the same design and appearance as the building of Fasken,
Wagnon and Ferguson. The hangar will be 50' x 50' with an apron
50' x 50' of either concrete or asphalt. The building shall be
subject to the approval of the City Engineering Department. The
board recommends that a lease agreement be drawn up with the
advise of the City Attorney to be for 35 years, the first 15 years
to lease for $250 per year with two ten year options to follow;
the first 10 year period will be $500 per year and the second 10
year period to be $750 per year. If for any reason the building
discontinues to be used commercially, the lease fee will be-4
dropped and the lease will become a 25 year lease athich time
the building will be turned over to the city.
The vote on the recommendation was unanmious.
The agenda for September will include a reconsideration of a lease to
Jimmy Wrenn in regard to hangaring a private plane.
Respectfully submitted,
}
c ,,1;4; 5;;7erW" Secretary
