The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />M. 1029 7" St. NW, Lot 3, City Block 100 -A <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br />Ryan Lassiter made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />N. 418 W. Campbell, Lots 4 -D and 4 -E, City Block 98 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br />Mary Crumpler abstained from this vote. <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />O. 519 W. Austin, Lot 26, City Block 119 -B <br />Mr. Wayne Miller spoke on behalf of his mother who is the Owner of the <br />property. Mr. Miller's mother died in 1997 and she did not have a will. <br />The ownership of the property was not transferred to anyone after her <br />death. <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />P. 425 5th St. SW, Lot 19, City Block 119 -B <br />Mr. Franklin Makovic, the Owner of the property, stated that he intended <br />to transfer ownership to the City. <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be demolished within 60 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 60 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Ryan Lassiter seconded the motion.
