They stated that while <br />they were in agreement that the structure needs to be demolished; they <br />could not afford to have the work done. They questioned the Commission <br />about the financial impact of the Commission's order. John Lestock <br />addressed the lien process and what their financial responsibilities would <br />be. <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the building be demolished by the City <br />without any civil penalties. Ryan Lassiter seconded the motion.
