J. 1000 30th Street N.W.; Lot 4, City Block 325 - Motion was made by Mary <br />Crumpler, seconded by David Nabors, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property <br />is not demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />K. 1130 30th Street N.W.; Lot 6, City Block 325 - Motion was made by David <br />Nabors, seconded by Chad Brown, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property is <br />not demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />L.
