Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />L 1055 22nd Street NE; Lot 15, Block 7, Hillcrest Addition <br />The lienholder .has made an insurance claim and they plan to repair the house. <br />Robert Hart, 603 N. Main, stated that he has a proposal from contractor Stephen <br />Carter. The contractor gave no time frame for the repair. Motion was made by Ryan <br />Lassiter, seconded by Stephen Brown to allow 120 days for repair or demolish the <br />property within 120 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty. If the property is not <br />demolished within the 120 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried <br />unanimously <br />J. 923 Graham Street; Lot 6, City Block 46 <br />This is a burned out structure that used to be a church. The owner wants to save what <br />he can and turn it into a storage building. Bobby Stillwell, 647 S.W. 1 st, stated that <br />he has already started work on the project. He wants to build a new house to the east <br />of the property. He will secure the doors. Motion was made by Chad Brown, <br />seconded by Ryan Lassiter to allow 60 days for repair or the property is to be <br />demolished within 60 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty, and if the property is <br />not demolished within the 60 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />K. 971 & 973 W. Kaufman; Lot 1, City Block 129 -A <br />Motion was made by Stephen Brown, seconded by Chad Brown for the property to <br />be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty, and if the property <br />is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />L. 1317 Bonham; Lot 1, City Block 128 <br />The:owner of the property moved off. The roof is gone from the structure. The <br />owners said that they want to repair the structure but there has been no word from <br />them. Motion was made by Chris Brown, seconded by Stephen Brown for the <br />property to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty, and if <br />the property is not demolished within.the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />M. 753 E. Polk; Lot E -27 - 23 All 24, Block 2, Gibbons Park <br />The °owner wants to repair. Don Gore was present on behalf of the owner. The <br />tenant is doing repairs now. Mr. Gore wants to repair with fiberglass and the roof <br />will be a tin roof. Don Gore, 840 Hearon, has been working the last couple of days <br />on the property. He will be putting on tin roofing that will not be available until 30 <br />days. He can start on the support work and should be able to finish within 60 - 90 <br />days.
