<br />secured. John Bell stated he needs 90 days, and the building will be taken down
<br />regardless of P & Z outcome, he also stated that the building will be secured this
<br />week. Motion was made by David Nabors, seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 10
<br />days to secure the property and 90 days to repair or demolish. If the repairs are not
<br />made within the 90 days, the City will demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil penalty.

<br />D. 10612th Street N.E.; Lot 2, City Block 32 -E - Michael King, Petty, Texas, owner
<br />of the property, stated that he has potential buyer for the lot who will demolish the
<br />house. He stated that one window is open and the doors are locked and 90 days will
<br />give him time to sell, repair, or demolish. Motion was made by David Nabors,
<br />seconded by Lucius Joe, to allow 7 days to secure the property and 30 days to repair
<br />or demolish. If the property is not secured, the City may secure, with a $1,000 per
<br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />H. 810 12" Street S.E.; Lot 2, City Block 113 -B - Ken Meeske, 93 CR 34750 stated
<br />building should be down by March 31 or 45 days. Motion was made by Chad
<br />Brown, seconded by David Nabors to allow 45 days to demolish. If the property is
<br />not demolished within 45 days, the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil
<br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />J. 395 29" Street N.E.; Springlake Addition, Lot Pt of 1, Block 4 - Benton Moss,
<br />Blossom, Texas stated he had boarded up windows and closed door. Mr. Moss stated
<br />he needed 60 to 90 day to repair. Motion was made by Chad Brown, seconded by
<br />David Nabors, to allow 90 days to repair. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />R. 1400 Block of W. Washington; Lot 11, City Block 154 -A - Monte Moore, 250
<br />Sugar Hill Rd., stated metal barn will be torn down. The barn to be town down is in
<br />low area and it is still wet, so 30 days might be tight to get it demolish. Second barn
<br />is structurally sound will patch and repair. Motion made by Chad Brown, seconded
<br />by Lucius Joe to allow 90 days to repair. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />David Nabors, seconded by Lucius Joe to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property
