Love Civic Center <br />Love Civic Center <br />MMMMIMH� <br />PresenC Curtis Fendley, Bobby Walters, Kenneth Webb, Troy Scholl, Robeil High, Linda Kapp, Casey <br />Ressler, Chip McEwin, Helen Ressler, <br />A motion to approve the June minutes was made by Kenneth Webb, seconded by Casey Ressler. All <br />aipproved, <br />pricing information and needing pictures of a variety of events h0d at Love Civic Center, <br />Board input was that information is on website and pamphlet is for marketing purposes to show <br />pictures of meeting rooms, concerts, weddings, wedding receptions Etc. <br />September meeting, (Yikes! Please check with Ken and Randy on this) <br />Linda Kapp gave an overview of the July Financials, and Kenneth Webb made motion to approve, <br />seconded by Casey Ressler. They were approved and accepted into the minutes. <br />Randy Nation spoke to the Board about the bids for cabinets in the kitchen. $9,150.85 from Simwick. <br />Bobby made the motion to approve bid, and seconded by Casey Ressler, <br />Motion carried to go forward with building and installing the cabinets. <br />Randy stated that the shelving in the kitchen would begin next week. <br />Painting of Eiffel Tower bid went to Majestic Painting, Bids out at $2,000. <br />Floor machine is up and running with a backup systern also in pllace. <br />Randy talked about the ongoing leaks in the ceiling. Mans in place to get those irepaired. <br />During one of the events recently, someone backed into the steel garage door in the back and did <br />damage estimated at $500. The plian had been to replace the door before this incident happened, so <br />the $500 w be put towards the replacement. <br />Randy talked about the poor ventilation iin the TroHey barn, and that an exhaust fan is needed. There <br />was also damage to a panel on the side waH that needs to be replaced, <br />Curtis and board said to, go forward with these repairs if under $5,000, <br />
