hiim <br />Robeil Talley's reconiniendation is to repair windows and back door, <br />Alotion was made by Zack Saffle, seconded by Ryan Lassiter to give the <br />properly owner 30 days to repair and secure all windows and the back door. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />H. 231 Grand Avenue; Lot 1, City Block 23 <br />Owner: Gary L Nash <br />Robert Talley stated that Mr. Nash signed for his certified letter, and that lie has, <br />already applied for a demolition pen -nit and an asbestos permit and that no action <br />is needed, <br />Motion was made by on Wilson, seconded by Ryan Lassiter that no action <br />was needed due to the property owner already was taking care of the <br />property. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />3. Adjournment <br />Johnny Norris asked the Commission if there is anything that the Commission <br />needs to address as far as Mrs. Colson's statements that the Commission didn't <br />follow procedures, Robert Talley stated that he was confident that all procedures <br />were followed. John Lestock stated that the Paris News printed items 10 days <br />prior to the meeting and the letters were post marked 10 days prior to the meeting. <br />Motion was made by 3ohnny Norris, seconded by Zack Saffle to adjourn the <br />meeting at 6:40pm.
