<br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />0.282 Acres <br />LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS <br /> <br />Being 0.282 acres ofland, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, State of Texas, a part ofthe Enoch Crow Survey, Abstract No. 208, also being a part of a <br />called 5.245 acre tract of land, conveyed to Gary Hilliard, recorded in Vol. 811, Page 232 of the <br />Real Property Records of said County. The said 0.282 acre tract of land being described more <br />particularly in metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said 0.282 acre tract of land, said beginning point also <br />being in the South boundary line of a called 6.64 acre tract of land conveyed to J. R. White and <br />Lora M. White, recorded in Vol. 374, Page 48 of the Deed Records of said County, said <br />beginning point also being in the North boundary line of the said 5.245 acre tract ofland, said <br />beginning point also being S 89051'28" E, a distance of 65.43 feet from a fence corner at the <br />Southwest corner of the said 6.64 acre tract of land; <br /> <br />Thence S 25059'01" W, a distance of 137.21 feet; <br /> <br />Thence S 3000'42" E, a distance of201.43 feet; <br /> <br />Thence East, a distance of 22.49 feet; <br /> <br />Thence South, a distance of50.00 feet to a point in the South boundary line of the said 5.245 <br />acre tract of land, said point also being in the North boundary line of a called 17.26 acre tract of <br />land conveyed to Wayne Chambless, recorded in Vol. 652, Page 552 of the Deed Records of said <br />County; <br /> <br />Thence N 89048'41" W, with the North boundary line of the said 17.26 acre tract of land and <br />the South boundary line of the said 5.245 acre tract of land, a distance of30.01 feet; <br /> <br />Thence North, a distance of20.00 feet; <br /> <br />Thence West, a distance of20.95 feet; <br /> <br />Thence N 3000'42" W, a distance of237.55 feet; <br /> <br />Thence N 25059'02" E, a distance of 130.44 feet to a point in the South boundary line of the <br />said 6.64 acre tract of land, said point also being in the North boundary line of the said 5.245 acre <br />tract of land; <br /> <br />Thence S 89051'28" E, a distance of 33.33 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.282 <br />acres of land. <br /> <br />This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are ofrecord and not of record <br />in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable by <br />
