RESOLUTION NO. 2001-149 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jackie Alsobrook and Rogene Patterson, as members of the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris, expired on June 30, 200 I; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointments of Vicki T erlap and Peggy Guthrie for terms ofthree (3) years, beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2004; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS. Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That Vicki Terlap and Peggy Guthrie be, and they are hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris for terms ofthree (3) years, beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2004.
