I I 1 11 11 � I I <br />Board members in allendanice were Mr. Bill Collins, Mrs. Connie Stauter, Dr. Marc White, Dr. Ross Williams, and Dr. Mark <br />Gibbons (via telephone). Others in attendance were Mrs. Gina Prestridge and Ms. Cheryl King. Not in attendance was Mrs. <br />Nancy Stallings and position. <br />Mr, Collins called the meeting to order in open session: at 5:30 p.m, <br />Dr. White made the motion to approve minutes from prior meetings and was seconded by Mrs, Connie Staute,r, All approved. <br />The election of new officers was tabled until the next meeting. <br />Mrs. Connie Stauter made the motion to accept the application from Dr. Eric Salzman to fill the vacant position and was <br />seconded by Dr., Gibbons. All approved. <br />Mrs. Prestridge asked the board to discontinue awarding attendance days to employees and instead give the employees <br />Veteran's Day and President's Day as hiolidays to miatch the holidays that Lamar County Courthouse currently is given. Dr. <br />White, made the motion and was seconded by Mrs. Stauter. All approved. <br />The board agreed to meet quarterly unless public information request are received or if anything is received then an email will <br />be sent to members and they will decide if a meeting needs to be held within the next month or wait for the, quarterly meeting. <br />Mrs. Prestridge advised the board on the following items/subjects: <br />TERM 12110 Ili IM INS IZV� <br />Annual ddve-thru flu clinic that the Health Department has been hosting at the Loop location of Frist Federa' <br />Community Bank ifli Paris. The flu clinic will be Saturday, October 2811, from 12-4 pm, 400 shots will be given for free, <br />Same day as the Pumpkin Festival, <br />Budget — Mrs. Prestridge sent a letter to the City of Paris listing all the services that we provide within the City Urri <br />and also that she had met with: Judge SupervIillei and the Health Department wil�l be receiving $75,000.00 from both <br />the City of Paris and the Countly of Lamair for the next three years. <br />June and July reports <br />o WIC Services 1388 / 1347 clients served (1114 / 99) drive thiru % <br />o 527 / 460 Clinical ofients served v!' <br />o 45 / 45 restaurant inspected with 0 complaint <br />o 6 L6 septic systems inspected with 2 complaints and <br />o 0 rabies cases. <br />Total liability and equity is approximately $890,000.00. <br />
